Saffat Suresi

Dedi ki: "Andolsun Allah'a, neredeyse beni de (şu bulunduğun yere) düşürecektin."

Ona diyecek ki: "Allah'a andolsun ki, az kalsın beni de helak edecektin."

Ona şöyle der: "Allah'a andolsun, neredeyse beni de helak edecektin."

'ALLAH'a andolsun, az kalsın sen beni de mahfedecektin,' der.

Tallahi, der: doğrusu sen az daha beni helak edecektin

Vallahi doğrusu sen az daha beni helak edecektin! der.

Dedi ki: "Andolsun Tanrı'ya, neredeyse beni de (şu bulunduğun yere) düşürecektin."

(Ve ona) dedi ki: "Allaha yemin ederim, sen az kaldı beni de muhakkak helak edecekdin".

Dedi ki: Allah'a andolsun ki; az kaldı beni de mahvedecektin.

ve "Aman Allahım!" der, "(Ey eski arkadaşım), neredeyse (beni de) mahvedecektin!

-Allah'a yemin ederim ki, sen, neredeyse beni de mahvedecektin! der.

(54-57) "Şimdi ister misiniz onu size göstereyim?" Onlar da arzu edince, derhal bir tarama yapıp onu cehennemin tam ortasında bulur. "Vallahi, nerdeyse beni de düştüğün o helake sürükleyecektin! Rabbimin hidayet nimeti yetişmeseydi, eli kolu kelepçeli getirilip o azaba atılanlardan olacaktım!"

"Tallahi, dedi, sen az daha beni de alçaltacaktın."

Dedi: "Vallahi, az kalsın sen beni de buralara düşürecektin."

"Aman Allah'ım!" der, "Az kalsın beni mahvedecektin!

"Vallahi az kalsın beni de mahvedecektin." dedi.

Der ki: "Allah tanıktır ki, neredeyse beni de tüketecektin!"

Ona şöyle der: "Vallahi az kalsın beni de bu hale düşürecektin."

"ALLAH'a ant olsun, az kalsın sen beni de mahvedecektin" der.

(Mümin olan, ateşteki arkadaşına) şöyle diyecektir: "Allah'a yemin olsun:[1] Sen az daha beni de helak edecektin.

"Vallahi az kalsın beni de mahvedecektin." dedi.

"Vallahi az kalsın beni de mahvedecektin." dedi.

Ona şöyle der: "Allah'a yemin olsun ki az daha beni de (senin durumuna) düşürecektin.

He (will go to him and) say, "By GOD, you almost ruined me.

He said: "By God, you nearly ruined me!"

He said, "By God, you nearly ruined me!"

He said: "By Allah! thou wast little short of bringing me to perdition!

He saith: By Allah, thou verily didst all but cause my ruin,

He said: "By Allâh! You have nearly ruined me.

He (the speaker) will say (to his companion seen in Jahannam ), "By Allah, you were going almost to ruin me.

He will say to him: By Allah, you almost ruined me.

and say to him, ‘By God, you almost brought me to ruin!

He will ˹then˺ say, "By Allah! You nearly ruined me.

and say, ‘By Allah, you almost ruined me!

He shall say, 'By God, thou didst nearly ruin me!

He says, "By Allah, (The Arabic is ta-llahi; which a stronger oath than the more usual wa-llahi) decidedly you were almost about to topple me down indeed.

He says, 'By God, wellnigh thou didst destroy me;

And he shall say unto him, by God, it wanted little but thou hadst drawn me into ruin;

He will then say (to that companion), `By Allâh, you had almost caused me to perish;

He shall say (to the sceptic), "By Allah! You had almost caused me to perish;

Then he will start to communicate with him saying: "By Lord! you were too close in convincing me to follow you in disbelief. "

He will say, ‘By Allah, you had almost ruined me!

'By God', he said, 'you had almost ruined me.

And there, he will exclaim against his companion: "Good gracious, you almost succeeded in making of me a child of perdition and an inheritor of Hell".

and says: "By God! Verily, thou hast almost destroyed me [too, O my erstwhile companion]

He said: "By God, you nearly ruined me!"

He says to the companion in the fire, "By God! You had almost ruined me too.

He will say, "By Allah, you almost ruined me.

He (the speaker) said: "By Allah! You brought me very close to ruin (in this Hell)!

He will say: “By God, thou hadst almost brought me to ruin!
